All classes consist of Taijutsu & weapon training. You will be advised whether the Jo or Bokken will be studied that month. The remaining 15 mins per lesson is free practice. All are welcome to train with us. Please email/call before arriving. Class fee £5.00 First lesson free to new students. We do not offer children`s classes. As part of the Dojo`s constitution, no one under the age of eighteen is allowed in the Dojo even if they are accompanied by a parent/guardian.
